    It looks like my Tumblr days are already numbered!  I like Tumblr because it can act as a “share-all” to most services (not Google+) but with this Google+ will be the “share-all” which is just fantastic.  

    I don’t think I have a Tumblr following as of yet, and I’m not going to give up on Tumblr, but I think I’m going to try out the G+ as a blog solution for my domain and then post to Tumblr from that using ifttt.com.

    I think a major problem with Google to this point is that users didn't quite understand the concept of sharing to specific circles, or publicly, or to a certain user. Most people posted to a default circle with few people in it which made others think nobody was using this. As time has gone on my activity stream has become much more lively. I think folks are figuring it out :-) It isn't a huge thing. None of this really matters. But it is nice to have options.
